Sheldon Lavin is a world-renowned entrepreneur with the ability to grow businesses internationally. He studied accounting and finance, a course that set him up for the successful career that he has led. He is currently the CEO and chairperson of a world-leading food company, OSI Group. He also heads OSI International Foods Ltd as the President. His career began in the banking sector. He would offer financing services for OSI Group, which was then known as Otto & Sons. Sheldon Lavin relationship with the firm saw him become a partner in the 1970s. He would later get fully involved with the company after he bought 50 percent of the shares. He fully owned the company 13 years ago after the retirement of the last partner.

When Sheldon Lavin started working for OSI Group, he had the vision to grow the company to a global food processing firm.
